Private Facebook Community:
This coaching service allows The Clinical Coach to meet with you at the place of your comfort level. When first getting introduced to a person/program you are not sure if you are ready and that is totally fine so we connect you with other mentees in a community of like minded individuals to help you build a rapport with not only the Coach but the community. Together we go through weekly, monthly and even impromptu coaching exercises and teachings and thought provoking transformative techniques as a community to help you start to shift your thinking into a healthier way of doing life. The goal of this service is that, once we decide if this service is a good fit for you, our Clinical Coach can start to help you lay a foundation to build upon by simply but strategically showing you new ways to to approach old thinking that has left you feeling depleted and distressed. Private Group Coaching:
To accommodate our busy corporate bosses, our eager entrepreneurs, or our phenomenal stay at home moms who just don't have the time to stay up to date with all the communication and notifications of a busy group, we totally get it, we have created an array of options in this area to try to fit into every schedule. This coaching service is more intimate for you and for the Coach. It allows you more time to express your coaching needs and to hear solutions tailored to your problems.
With this coaching service, The Clinical Coach creates a PRIVATE Facebook community for the individuals that are ready to take their desire for emotional health and well being to the next level. We take a deeper dive into conversations that help you break free from negative thinking patterns and processes. We talk about how to deal with Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence, Emotional literacy and Emotional capacity. We discuss things like Time management, Healthy Friendships, Conflict Resolution tips, Navigating Anxiety and much much more! The overall Emotional well being tool kit for the leader in you! It is a chance to get up close and personal and also to build a smaller community and network with other leaders. In this coaching community we will meet twice monthly for a group teaching with homework assignments, while having one 1:1 fifteen minute session with the coach per month as long as you are subscribed. VIRTUAL CONSULTING SERVICES:
This service is our most popular service. This is ideal for the traveler, the busy, the technology driven woman, THE IT GIRL. This option is 100% virtual. Our coach will arrange a Skype/Zoom appointment (or application option that best fits at time of appointment). Here you will discuss your coaching/mentoring needs. This option will be used for consultations to determine the necessity of 1:1 coaching or just for consultations at the clients request. Our Clinical Coach will tailor this service to meet the client/mentee needs upon consultation completion. Upon completion of the consultation, the coach will determine which coaching setting is best. If it is determined that 1:1 coaching is the best option, fees, schedule and guidelines will be discussed prior to start of service. This service is a precursor because currently The Clinical Coach is not accepting 1:1 coaching clients unless deemed necessary after consultation. Don't worry, you CAN sit with us, we just want to make sure you get to the right table girlfriend! The fee for the virtual consultation is $25 per 30 minutes. INSIDEOUT COACHING PACKAGES:
There are coaching packages that are available upon request. These will be considered individually with the coach.
