InsideOut Transformational Life Coaching wants to be set apart as an innovative life coaching concierge service. Our goal is not just to coach you but to cultivate you. The owner believes strongly that there is a connection with your inside attitude evolving and matching that of your outward appearance. The beauty that women so greatly covet. So our focus is to help leaders cultivate emotional well-being so they can foster a culture of being well. We do this through private community, group and 1:1 coaching and mentoring. As a healthcare Practitioner and a christian, Chaundra believes that she is called to use her professional and personal experience to bring a theological and psychological approach to leading and living well.This is the reason she has been tagged as "The Clinical Coach". Chaundra's goal for this website is to connect with women in any leadership capacity, whether it's in your career, corporate, church, your community, your home or you have been called to lead and have not taken the leap because you are looking to be developed and mentored. Being a thought leader with years of experience in the mental health field coupled with her call to ministry Chaundra feels equipped to help you live emotionally and relationally intelligent lives.
Our Story
Our owner, Chaundra Sneed, is CEO/founder of Chaundra Sneed Enterprises, LLC. She is a fashion and faith influencer. She is a nurse, minister, coach, mentor, orator and counselor who likes to use her passion for fashion and love for women’s empowerment to help women transform from the InsideOut. Being a licensed ordained minister, our owner does believe in building people up but what she began to notice is that real transformation was not taking place because people were not shifting their mindsets in order to sustain true change. She is a people person and loves people. People are naturally drawn to her so she uses this to her advantage and helps to empower people to live purposefully and powerfully. She has been called by God to help women lead emotionally healthy lives by becoming aware, in touch with and intelligent about their emotional disposition.
Chaundra Sneed
Owner & CEO
Chaundra is a native of Houston, Tx where she now resides. She has many titles, but the one she delights in the most is that of "Mom". She is the mother of 1 son who was one of her very first clients! He actually still asks for fashion advice from college. She is a Registered Nurse by profession and has a firm faith foundation (for more talks on faith and empowerment, connect with Chaundra by following the link below). When she is not busy, besides shopping, she enjoys reading and SHORT runs in the park.
